Police have arrested two men and women leaders of a ring who provides abandoned houses for teenaged school children for sex activities in the outskirts of Colombo, top police sources disclosed. Police said the suspects were arrested at Piliyandala while enjoying liquor with two student couples of a school in Maharagama.
